As a Hiring Manager, I'd like to See Something like This on Your Resume...
Hello Nikki!
I am about to rewrite my resume for a Client Advisory Sales Position at Gucci. I’ve excelled and been the top 10% in Sales at Nordstrom where I currently am.
How do I express that into my resume? How should I construct it?
Any tips or help on anything is appreciated.

Dear Gucci in the Making,
My suggestion would be simple. Keep in mind, I'm not officially a resume buff, but as a hiring manager, I'd like to see something like this.
To display your accomplishments on your resume, add a section below your Name/contact section and above your Objective section, titled Accomplishments. Give a brief summary (a one-liner) of your accomplishments with Nordstrom.
If you haven't already, look into Resume Builder. This is a company that specializes in helping people master their resumes and even offer help with building out a good LinkedIn page. From what I've heard, they will make tweaks to your resume based on the company and role you're applying for. I've never used them, but oddly enough, I've been referred to them from my boss! So, I trust that this is a useful resource.
Good luck on landing the gig at Gucci!
