I Was Called Hostile, What Should I Do?
Dear Nikki,
A supervisor has accused me of being hostile. She is in a different department, but she is mentoring my current supervisor. No one else feels that I am hostile. I am quite the opposite. Most say I am friendly. How should I deal with this situation? I have only been with the company for a month.

Nikki:
You never really know how management will perceive you. All you can do is be the best you that you can be! If your supervisor is a person with any kind of integrity, they will stand up for your character to anyone that opposes them, as long as your behavior is worth defending.
Keep your head down and keep pushing! Not everyone is going to like you... and that's okay! Let your work speak for itself.
